Summary

This release introduces the following changes

1. Introspect API to allow CRM staff member to delete user from an application

• [Feature] CRM staff member to delete a user from both HT & Keycloak, while keeping the ability to re-register the user at a later stage with the same username.
• [Bugfix] Authenticate errors out with OutOfMemoryError upon invoking the token generation endpoint
• [Bugfix] Device temporarily locked flag not returned from introspect API
