This document explains about the options for enabling your Transport Options. Haventec will provide 2 options to send verification message for SMS and Email.

Where do I start?
- In the Haventec Console menu, click Applications.
- From the Application List, click the Settings tab for the relevant application.
- From Main Settings menu options select Transport Options
- The Transport Options page is displayed
1. Using Haventec Services:
By default, application will use "Haventec services" to send verification messages via SMS or EMAIL for different purpose like "Add User", "Add device" or "Forgot pin" and many more.
2. Using Salesforce Marketing Messaging:
Haventec will also provide support for "Salesforce Marketing Messaging". If “Using Salesforce Marketing Messaging” is selected, the following MANDATORY TEXT fields will appear as below:
- Sub Domain - Subdomain to access salesforce APIs
- Account ID - Salesforce Account Id to get salesforce authorization token
- Client ID - Salesforce Client Id to get salesforce authorization token
- Client Secret - Salesforce Client Secret to get salesforce authorization token
There will be a series of Inputs, that correspond to EACH message that emanates from Haventec. A specific message in Salesforce must be registered against each. A ROW will be provided alongside each one with the following fields as MANDATORY TEXT Input:
- Email Add User Definition Key - Salesforce email definition key to send token for add user
- Email Add Device Definition Key - Salesforce email definition key to send token for add device
- Email Forgot PIN Definition Key - Salesforce email definition key to send token for forgot pin
- Email Malicious User Definition Key - Salesforce email definition key to send malicious user activity
- Email Malicious IAM User Definition Key - Salesforce email definition key to send malicious IAM user activity
- Email Malicious IAM Forgot PIN Definition Key - Salesforce email definition key to send malicious IAM forgot pin activity
- Email General OTP Definition Key - Salesforce email definition key to send token for general purpose
- SMS Add User Definition Key - Salesforce sms definition key to send token for add user
- SMS Add Device Definition Key - Salesforce sms definition key to send token for add device
- SMS Forgot PIN Definition Key - Salesforce sms definition key to send token for forgot pin
- SMS Malicious User Definition Key - Salesforce sms definition key to send malicious user activity
