Application support personnel, who typically work in a support centre, are responsible for managing and supporting the end users of your organisation’s applications.
Application support personnel can only perform the following functions:
- Access applications in view mode only
- Access and perform functions on application users:

- List users
- Search for users
- View and edit user details
- Lock/unlock users
- Delete users
- Generate a One-Time PIN (OTP)
- Disable adding user devices
- List user devices
- Delete user devices
