This document explains how to manage the team members in your organisation.
From the Manage Team Members page you can:
- List the team members in your organisation
- Add team members (only organisation administrators can do this)
- Edit team member details, including managing team member devices
- Lock and unlock team members
Where do I start?
- In the Haventec Console menu, click Team Members.
- The Manage Team Members page is displayed.
Listing team members
This page lists all the team members in your organisation and shows the following information for each team member:
- User Name - Name of the team member (user)
- Role: Administrator or Support. Click

- Email Address - Users email address
- Last Logged in (date and time)
- User Status: ACTIVE (unlocked), PENDING (user has not authenticated) LOCKED (inactive).
- Lock User - ability to lock a user. Click

- Delete User - ability to Delete Users from the system.
- Edit Details - ability to edit users details. Click
to learn more about editing users or click here.
Adding team members
- Click Add Team Member to add a team member.
- The Add Team Member page is displayed.
Refer to Add Team Member for further details.
Locking and unlocking team members
- Click Lock User or Unlock, as required, for the relevant team member. Locked users will no longer have access to your organisation.
- Refer to Lock/unlock Team Members for further details.
Delete team member
- Click Delete User for the relevant team member to delete that user.
- The system will display a Confirmation message
- Click Confirm to proceed deleting the user. Please note: this step can not be undone, however you can add a new team member to create a new user again.
Editing team member details
- Click Edit Details for the relevant team member to edit team member details, including managing team member devices. The Edit Team Member page is displayed.
